I enjoy working at RETN because, despite being on the market for over 20 years, the company continues to grow and evolve. There’s always room to improve processes . My manager is highly supportive, providing constructive feedback and clear guidance. The international team makes the work environment dynamic and engaging - not only because the industry itself is fascinating, but also because many colleagues have been with RETN for years. That stability speaks volumes.
Cons
There’s always plenty to do at RETN, so if you’re looking for a light workload, this might not be the right fit. The 4-days-in-office schedule can also feel a bit outdated.
