      Pros

      Free snacks and a great view.

      Cons

      Average pay for crazy workload. Average white privilege atmosphere. Lot of opportunity if you're one of the boys, or a blonde female. Hostile toward people of color, and HR will not help. A young lady was recently fired, right after complaining of harassment to HR.

      Outstanding expensive location, good team work on the IT side of the house.

      Outstanding expensive location. Constant pressure from the C-Suite who 'know' what they want but are unrealistic.
