What railroad job u have ever had - Switchman RESCAR Employee Review

They really do t train you they might give you 1 day then the boss and all the employees tell you that you should quit then he harasses you and gets the rest of the employees to bully and harass you hoping they get you to quit then the boss uses the job as his therapy session and bad mouths all of the employees and talk about his life the track is in bad condition because his son is over it and won’t work but will sit around for 8 hours he brags about having 8 derails in 1 year then micro managed you to death but he can’t do his job I’d stay far away from this company I can’t see why their is so much high turnover and why their so so much low morale
