Pros
I have worked at Resaas for more than a year and have got to be part of their growth. I like how cool the epics we are working on are. I like the new office environment, especially stand up desks available for use. I like the weekly and daily stand ups we have and the bigger company meetings with data and graphs. I like that partners get health benefits.
Cons
Sometimes things break and the red light goes on. Things feel more serious then. But it a good way to communicate to our whole team at once about the problem.
