      Excellent corporate leadership and staff - as well as a great local team with decades of technical expertise in high-voltage electrical testing.

      Cons

      Was offered a VP position in telecom (my wheelhouse), so I reluctantly chose to leave.

      - Support from leadership has been great. Not just talking points, but follow through with actions. - Incredible growth and employee ownership program - Great Pay and good benefits

      Cons

      - Fast paced and rapid growth, which is a positive, but makes for difficult challenge to keep up and align everything - With rapid growth, direction is not always concise or clear
