Pros
Good leadership, supportive with self improvement, fulfilling and interesting work as far as my experience. Wouldn't mind working there again.
Cons
My income was just ok for when I started, but that is what eventually led me to look for employment elsewhere. My situation was that I had simply outgrown my position, and they didn't have anything else available at the company that I would prefer to move into, as compared to opportunities elsewhere.
