Pros
Pay was decent. Good opportunities to work along Federal Government agencies (which was great for networking and eventually leaving REMSA). They allowed telework during COVID.
Cons
The manager was very overbearing for someone who never met me in person and had no idea what my work consisted of. They were too strict with telework rules when I worked for them. The people at REMSA were not helpful to my actual job duties, they just facilitate the contract and benefits. They made me get drug tested prior to employment and sent me to a clinic on the other side of the city that didn't even do drug testing. Having to communicate with the REMSA staff was the worst part of my job for a while.
