      Pros

      There are some really great people there. And they are wasting their talents.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability. Low pay scale. High turnover. Old school operations. Very manual. No technology. Think 1970’s. Poor, if no direction from management. No training, it’s sink or swim. No motivation. Building is in disrepair, bad atmosphere.

      The employees at the company are great people and do the best they can

      Cons

      The company went from 120 employees at the start of 2024 and now have about 40. Positions have been eliminated and there are individuals performing the job duties of 2-3 roles.
