Toxic Work Environment - Human Resources Officer RELX Employee Review

I don’t understand how this company is still operating? There are a lot of redundant managerial positions that are not even functional. Instead of fostering “servant leadership”, they seem to pass on the heavy workload to their supervisors and staff. Almost every month, there are nuisance corporate social responsibility activities which eat up your rest days. There’s no growth in this company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE!
