Pros
The only thing that I liked about this company is the compensation package. But then again as I discovered the the true working environment in this company, it wasn't worth it.
Cons
(1) No training - There's basically no induction training of some sort to prepare you for the role. The company hires you, introduces you to the key personnel and that's it. I did not get a concrete training plan. (2) No work-life balance - In a week, I would usually work 10 to 12 hours just to give in to the demands of the bosses and people. I even had weeks where I had no weekends! My average hours of sleep in a day whilst working here was just 5 (3) Weak upper management guidance (4) Redundant managers/ leaders - there are certain positions that hold no value and support to employees (5) RELX doesn't know how to value the people that take care of their employees (6) Negative Reinforcement
