Pros

Not at all , in fact always get threaten for pay or other welfare’s deduction

Cons

The worst company that i have ever work with. if you think your current company’s management is bad, please join this company then you know which is worst. I wouldn't want to give them a star if i can. The company is owed by a Chinese lady boss. Very disrespectful , dishonest & unethical, not flexible management. Agree with below comment, a lot of work is not align with the law. The CEO likes to scream at ppl in the office creating negative aura and treat employees like a slave, no respect at all. Always like to criticise but never do self reflection. There are a lot of unreasonable rules & policy from this company like nvr ask why when employer need you to do some thing, cannot hang out with colleagues after work. lots of meetings and work report to submit to show the managements what we have done for the whole day. Hopefully one day MOM can do an investigation against this company. and yes, the company do provides plenty of promotion opportunity for you since the employees turn over rate is high.

Pros

All the previous comments were from 3 terminated employees, but I don't think this company is as terrible as they portrayed. I think this company is quite stable. The boss is a workaholic but she is generous to employees. When she's in a good mood, she will give all the employees a luxury gifts and allow employees to leave work early. All the colleague are helpful and willing to share.

Cons

The company has high expectations for its employees in terms of attitude and performance. The boss does not tolerate negative behaviors, and may terminate employment within the three-month probation period if such behavior is observed. However, if an employee performs well and demonstrates a positive attitude, the employer may reward them with a salary increase after the probationary period.
