Pros
Culture is amazing, probably a mix between Finnish culture and the Relex founders values. A lot of events and chances to meet people from different locations/departments. The compensation is good, and for the ones who like there's a true remote policy where you can always work from home. Work-life balance is usually really respected. Time off is encouraged.
Cons
Sometimes Relex lacks a bit of organization, sounds like a 15y+ company with startup vibes. Things also change quite fast, and it can be overwhelming for a few folks.
