      Pros

      The people are incredibly helpful and friendly. The salary ranges are transparent, and the benefits and bonuses are clear and fairly distributed. The leadership is kind, attentive and tries their best to stay accessible for everyone, despite the large company size.

      Cons

      The salary ranges are average, and could be improved in many functions, and due to the company's fast growth, not all processes are figured out when you start. Especially due to the multiple software solutions the company constantly creates and incorporates to its offering. This company requires people who can shape their workplace! If you can't handle a little uncertainty this is not your place.
