      Pros

      Amazing company, so friendly. Really enjoyed my time there, everyone is sooo nice and easy to get on with. The work is enjoyable, challenging but worth while, and there's so many benefits to it.

      Cons

      (I did write nothing, however I have to fill in at least five words) NO cons!

      Pros

      Extremely flexible hours. You are left to figure most things out on your own, extremely independent mindset. The bosses are (very) straightforward with their opinions. The place is extremely casual.

      Cons

      Sometimes deadlines require long hours to get a project done, but there is OT.
