Pros
Amazing benefits, it's the only reason me and a lot of people have stayed. It's hard to find jobs at other companies with an equal or better benefits package.
Cons
-Stay away from any person in HR. If you have an issue, go anywhere else unless you are prepared to 1. fake smile until your face hurts or 2. be thrown under the bus so they can look good -this place is not safe for anyone who does not fit their niche company culture of "fake family." Truly everybody here secretly hates one another but will put on a performance fit for broadway when confronted with any genuine concern. "There is no war in Ba Sing Se" type of environment (quote from TV show). -execs are well aware of how crazy management is and how often they are going on power trips. If anything, it seems like they prefer to keep it that way so everyone knows their place in the hierarchy. -it unfortunately takes a long time to realize how abusive this place is. Mostly because of how long it takes people to trust each other because everyone is so used to coworkers throwing each other under the bus. As soon as you're able to sit down and have an honest conversation with anyone who works there, you will learn how miserable they really are, how someone in the working chain above them is probably yelling at them in some office most days, and why they have to put on this fake persona of "Everything is fine! We all love it here!!"
