      Pros

      Pay has always been low compared to expectations of work and hours worked, but used to be a good place to work. However they no longer respect any of their employees so you are disrespected as well as over worked and under paid.

      Company continually strives to improve. Great culture. Supportive environment. Really making strides in technology improvements. Tons of talented employees. Excellent employee onboarding

      Hard to shake off old habits in some areas of the company that is too risk averse, too rules and policy oriented and not member focused
