Not a great company - Assistant Finance Manager REEF Technology Employee Review

There are some smart people to work with but most of the Turkish Managers are egoists. Poor leadership and the worst management I've ever seen. The company is handled as a family company. Most of the managers are someone's relatives. Turkish employees are working without insurance and no social security pay and I cannot believe that they accepted this kind of workplace. But all of the good people left and the remaining ones gets what they deserve
