- Leadership has ZERO ideas about running a company. Burning cash was probably the only thing that had been successful. - Typical MBAs Boy Club. Lack of diversity and expertise in starting up a company. - Extremely high turnover rate. ZERO policies on promotions and career development. Worst benefits you can think of from a so-called "tech" company. Delayed bonus and last-second lay offs. - They try to make it sound like the next Google or something. However, the data is all over the places and it lacks the structure/management. - Be prepared for toxic and hostile people. - Political drama happens very often. - Non-existing communications from the C-suite to the employees regarding the company performances. Or regarding the negative media coverage. Employees are left in the dark or thrown under the bus 99% of the time. - When key functional team is severely understaffed, the company refused to hire hands but rather let people burn-out.
