-Everything is "urgent" even when it really isn't an urgent matter and you're expected to drop EVERYTHING for every urgent matter. REEF doesn't understand what "urgent" really is.
-No stability. REEF proudly operates in a VUCA environment (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous) and they can't decide what they want to do as a business, resulting in reductions in forces every 1-2 month. You literally don't know if you will have a job the next day and you don't know where the company is going.
-The joke is that if you've been at REEF for 1 year, it is equivalent to 5+ years at a normal employer. The turnover is remarkable and indicative of greater management issues, but no efforts are being made to change.
-Benefits are not good.
-Be prepared to be told at 4p on a Friday that something is urgent and due at midnight that day. There was never a weekend I didn't work and VPs bragged about not taking PTO for years. No work/life balance for anyone.
