Toxic Work Environment - Finance Manager REEF Technology Employee Review

The company is outsourcing all of their finance and accounting jobs to Turkey. I have seen 3 rounds of layoffs in my short time at REEF. People are expected to work long hours. You can be called upon to work late nights or weekends regularly. The executives are very unprofessional. They regularly walk around the office screaming at people and swearing. In the span of 9 months, I had seen 3 CFO's exit the company.
