The company does not care about employees and the churn rate is extremely high. You will either get fired, pushed out, or quit because of the unsustainable environment. The company is highly unethical and when faced with a decision that conflicts with its growth targets, it will prioritize growth over all other values. This has the strategy to stop working with cities and applying for various safety and operational permits. High turnover and lots of restructuring have created a highly political and cutthroat culture. People will use and abuse you to move up in the company. And the salary and benefits are way below standard for this type of company. Advice- don't work here
