Pros
I was so excited about the project itself, I truly believe this is a fantastic way to make sense of the city centre, and creates community, Just for that I wanted to work for this project. When you feel that the business value echoes your personal aspirations, everything should be ideal, no?
Cons
th entire management system for the project was chaos. Project built on the ashes of previous version, failed, most likely because of the lack of understanding how teams so diverse , through so different time zones can work together. Wearing the "Agile" blazer does not mean that everything is fast. It was a mockery of an agile project, with irreasonable expectation "within the next hour, give me a what -if scenarios, for a project with over 35 applications to be integrated, from teams working in all times Zones. Propel were zombies for lack of sleep, performance decreased, leading to people saying yes to anything to get peace... against a backdrop of nebulous scope, with a good dose of bullying and gender/race oppressions. In over 2o years, my ultimate worse ever project
