Casual dress, free snacks. late night random conference calls or even better a call from the Chief of Staff or President asking for some random data that is meaningless
Cons
Work/Life Balance - Non-Existent Outside of the Turkey club they could care less about any employee. Especially so if you are on the parking side. CEO is all talk and loves to hear his own voice VERY SHADY business practices Office is very cramped and offers no privacy Once Ghost Kitchens really take over the competition will force real change. Right now these guys just refry food or license local brands as a way to expand. Either way your food is prepared by line cooks, in a dodgy trailer that is probably located in a dim light parking lot.
