      Team members are generally nice and helpful

      - Promised you the world before you start work and pockets are tightened when you ask for resources to support your work - KPIs are set without mutual agreements - Senior management does not respect staff time-off and expects them to work during their holidays - Although it's a global agency, there is no collaboration between offices - High staff turnover; low compensation/package (below market rate)

      Pros

      You have unlimited time off, which you don't get to use. Management posts team photos on Linkedin regularly to show what a happy family they are!

      Cons

      The work environment here is toxic. Junior staff are verbally abused to the point of tears and the turnover rate is insane. There is little to no support. Management overpromises and lies to clients about their capabilities.
