-Collaborative, supportive teammates, though this is highly dependent on which team you land in. -HR team puts thoughtful effort into small perks like office lunches, learning sessions.
Cons
-Extremely high turnover makes it hard to build stable relationships and sustainable workflows. -Finance team is unreliable, creating unnecessary stress for other staff. -Internal processes are poorly structured, frequently placing accountability on employees for tasks outside their responsibility, this has resulted in real business consequences, including the loss of at least one client. -Leadership sets a poor professional standard; CEO has shown behaviour that is not ok.
