      Good pay and time flexibility

      Cons

      Very limited opportunity to grow. Random changes that proved to be catastrophic and 75% of the staff got laid off.

      Very aggressive Company but no longer in business

      Tried to grow faster that their capacity, got burn up in the process .

      Pros

      Nice location in Plano. Lots of free parking.

      Cons

      Benefits are very expensive. Not much training is provided. Business processes are always changing. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement.
