should be available on call 24/7 should attend meetings after work hours should stay active on groups after work hours no support from the head office leadership team is toxic

Nothing is good here nothing absolutely nothing

1. the office is a size of a shop 2. management is trash 3. all the leadership team is full of themselves 4. you need to work everyday - even weekends and national holiday 5. there is absolutely no work - life balance because it does not exist in this company only 6. You can only succeed in this company if you are a boot licker 7. Favouritism at its peak 8. If you are done with your current project, then they will move you to different domain and if you dont want to work in that domain, they put you in pip and then you can leave the company
