Pros
Depends on the unit and division, the career growth path might be good as long as you show some potentials and improvements. On the other hand, the benefit has been quite good. Annual bonus if your unit achieved targets, health insurances, got 2x free meals, glasses reimbursement, etc.
Cons
Although the people were amazing, but the whole office environment & nuances bit dull and bland unlike any other creative agencies. Moreover, more training or workshops could be done as we're moving in the digital industries where everything moved really fast.
