Great people, good company to work for, most people have been there for a long time, and that is unheard of in a small software development company.
Management is demanding but they are willing to listen and in my experience willing to compromise.
The president has demonstrated to do the right thing for his employees when it counted most.
I have always felt respected and appreciated while I worked there.
Cons
Average Health Insurance (But what health insurance is not average this days)
Since they were purchased by Clyton holdings, it has suffered a lot of change and now they are victim to the whim of a larger corporation that has not invested the time with their employees. I do feel that with time this issues will improve, but it has impacted the dynamics of an smaller limber company.
