      Pros

      Not only is Red 6 creating some of the best products out there and is a highly interesting company, but they also care about every individual personally like a mother bear watching over its young. All the employees here are unique in their own way and are some of the brightest, most innovative people I have yet to meet. I can honestly say that I wouldn't be happier anywhere else, love this team.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that now I have to buy even more Christmas gifts because of this second family I've made here.

      Pros

      - Worked with some of the best and brightest people I have ever worked with in my career - No longer working with erratic, incapable, out of touch senior leadership

      Cons

      -Red 6 does not have a product and blames the people that do the actual work then hires additional overpaid unqualified senior leadership to come in and “fix the problem” AKA berate and publicly shame people that are working countless hours for them -Engineers earned a bonus for work done in 2025 but only actually got half of it this year due to leadership’s poor decision making -They encourage transparency and for Engineers to “speak up” if something is not right, but if you do that make sure you pack up your stuff afterwards because they will turn around and fire you immediately -Dog friendly office, but only if you’re the CEO’s dog -Do you like snacks? Too bad, they don’t have pretzel money anymore
