Decent pay. Nothing else except good exposure to office politics and choas. One will need to learn how to get things done amidst of all the upper management's lack of cohesiveness.

Full of individualists in the company who do not perform in the interest of the company. KPIs between sites do not complement.

Communication, openness, transparency, solid benefit packages, fun people to work with.

Work can get monotonous sometimes, but it depends on the project you are working on. Some projects are more interesting than others.
