Pros
During the job you learn a lot about the business processes of industry leaders. In the London office it is a close knit team that works well together -- overall much more agile than the other two offices. It has a relaxed working environment, and if you are self-motivated there are opportunities for career advancement. Fellow employees are great!
Cons
Communication between teams can feel very bureaucratic and corporate and there is some disconnect between flow of information between management and employees. Work is not consistent -- sometimes can be very busy and other times much less to do.
