Pros
Company is full of talented people, offering a great office environment and they are committed to work/life balance (getting there) Money is spent on the necessities to get the job done. All said, the people make this the place it is - nothing else.
Cons
Most of the 'ideas' and 'planning' comes from top down. Most creativity is crushed. Work loads are not evenly shared and while one employee may work 9-5 another may work 7-7 just to stay afloat. Technical path forward for the company has been largely ignored by chiefs leaving most development crippled and noticeable in our last to market 'wins'. Restructures tend to drive the best people away and seem to be more executed to satisfy an exec level then actually have any real goals.
