Pros

Good compensation, beyond that, the experience was outweighed by organizational issues and politics.

Cons

The company is plagued by constant reorganizations, creating an environment where employees never feel secure in their roles. High-performing engineers can be let go with little warning, while management continues to restructure teams without addressing the underlying issues. Politics often outweigh performance, and employees who challenge decisions or offer different perspectives may find themselves at a disadvantage. Years of knowledge and experience are lost through repeated layoffs, only for the same cycle to repeat. Most of the tools and processes are proprietary, limiting the transferability of the experience outside the company. Offboarding is impersonal, with access revoked immediately, preventing proper knowledge transfer or even the chance to say goodbye to colleagues.
