Pros
A wonderful group of realtors to work with - the Brokers/Owners truly care about you as a person and not just an employee. One of the BEST jobs I ever had - Everything was so routine and fulfilling. I truly looked forward to my work day.
Cons
The only downside was the benefits - the family/individual health plan options were pretty pricey. They also didn't provide any other "benefits" they offered. The other downside was my intentions to get my real estate license which I was open about but was informed that I could not hold my position if I did receive my real estate license, as it would be a conflict of interest in their eyes - Other than those two things, I truly loved working there.
