Pros
Strong brand, good training, good tools and resources, international presence, been in business for over 40 years so it has durability.
Cons
Most of the upper management team who were with the company for 20+ years are gone. New management team not seen as that qualified; since company went public it has cut back on a variety of support services; technology has fallen behind competition.
