      The reputation of the brand is the only reason to work there versus other agencies.

      Cons

      Overpriced, many cocky individuals working at that agency think they are something special because they are Remax agents. Not a lot of training except for the initial onboarding. Fierce Competition and lack of camaraderie with the other agents.
