-Break Room -Great Broker -Friendly Staff -Free food/treats from vendors -If working on a weekend to schedule showings.. can work from home
Cons
-Overwhelming. You become an assistant/TC for a lot of the agents. My office was lenient with paperwork and the agents took advantage of it -No lunch break. You’re obligated to two 20-minute breaks but that’s it -PTO and benefits -Always had to find coverage if leaving for lunch or taking time off (limited staff) -Repetitive steps. Always felt like you were doing the same thing twice because filing system and collection was too lenient or lacked efficiency
