Great friendly team atmosphere - monthly meetings & training opportunities. Owners seem to stay current w/technology to provide a productive environment for the teams in the franchise.
Cons
If you are looking for a ladder to climb, you won't find it here. This office is a collection of (friendly) self-employed realtors, some with small teams. Work ebbs & flows with the real estate market - so do not expect steady income.
