      Collaborare con grandi aziende. Purtroppo però un vantaggio che va pagato molto caro.

      L'azienda assume risorse umane altamente qualificate offrendo stipendi quasi al pari di cassieri nella grande distribuzione. Se sei una figura professionale altamente qualificata basta veramente poco per trovare di meglio in Italia.

      Pros

      big enough company for stability some great project managers hr actually cares socially conscious the partners/C-suite actually care and have talks with employees they give bonuses on good quarters sometimes great supply of work tools very accepting and relatively less white than competitors

      Cons

      the pay is below average no programmed bonuses no performance incentives still too white
