Pros

Make your own schedule. Work independently. Some Traveling

Cons

The lack of in-person training was a significant setback, leaving new employees to navigate confusing and frustrating online resources without proper guidance. This approach made the learning process unnecessarily challenging. Moreover, the company's lack of incentives is demoralizing. There are no pay raises, and in fact, your salary decreases the longer you stay and the better you perform. This not only undermines employee motivation but also reflects a troubling disregard for recognizing and rewarding hard work. The overall work environment feels dismissive and unappreciative. Employees are made to feel expendable, with little to no regard for their contributions or professional growth. This lack of support and recognition is disheartening and makes it clear that the company values its staff as replaceable resources rather than as integral parts of its success. In summary, this company fails to invest in its employees' development, offers no incentives for improvement, and creates an environment where dedication is not rewarded. I would not recommend this position to anyone seeking a supportive and rewarding career in market research.

Pros

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Cons

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
