Pros

Part time can work 15-30 hours per week. Most jobs starting out are weds-sat, but during that time you can work pretty much whenever. Initial jobs are at Wal-Mart. Pay is hourly at first but after training your paid by the item scanned with hourly pay usually averaging around $17-$20 hourly. They have lapel (undercover). Jobs that pay a lot more than that. Employee referral bonuses and employee bonuses as well for meeting benchmarks. You are rewarded for excelling with work performance. Managers and Lead Data Collectors (Trainers) were always encouraging and helpful and did all they could to set you up for success.

Cons

Starting pay is $10 then after training (250 work hours) it goes up from there. But that's a good thing. You get rewarded for succeeding in your job as you progress.

Pros

Flexible, easy to learn the basics and complete self-paced training, and a good option for side income that can work around a main job or busy life. They have a help line to call for trouble with jobs and questions. If you have to leave a voicemail, they are usually pretty good about calling back fairly quickly.

Cons

Sometimes you have to figure out how to do certain jobs on the fly if you haven't done them before, so it can feel a bit like being tossed in and expected to sink or swim. They do have a help line to call if you have trouble figuring it out, though.
