Ohhh man. Well to start, Retail Data wants critical thinkers but doesn't offer the proper training to their employees. The people who can properly train also tend to be the most competent ones who are run so ragged they haven't the time to train those in need.
-They run this company very tightly so taking off from work is a nightmare.
-If you are on a high paying account you are heavily scrutinized, if you are on the small accounts teams you are basically ignored
-Pay raises are laughable
-Performance reviews are a joke
-No communication between departments.
