Not so great pay, but if you're willing to take on a good amount of work then you can have great potential to earn. Not much room for growth: I mention it's a good STARTING point, because the company rarely promotes people and never raises their pay. Quarterly bonus criteria is exceptionally difficult if there's not enough work in the area. Odd deals with businesses, will likely get you kicked out of a few.
