Pros
My salary was commensurate for the position worked. I had the opportunity to work at several different locations; from an operations standpoint, this was an amazing learning experience.
Cons
Training of employees is inconsistent across locations. Long work-weeks leads to a decreased work/life balance. Although the benefits are standard for the industry, it is silently expected that you will not take advantage of all of the benefits afforded you.
