Rds delivery service has a decent pay for a messenger company and does not pay by commission.
Cons
There is a lot of office drama the dispatchers are very inconsiderate and very unorganized they tend to forget that messengers are not super man and will screw you over countless times. and as far as Hr is two face department that refuses to work with you.
