      Pros

      Excellent work environment and company culture, respectful of work-life balance, strong values. Great location in downtown Toronto. Management is very receptive to employee feedback and gets staff involved in planning and new ideas. I have worked here several years now and always felt valued and heard.

      Cons

      Pay is not stellar, but there is some room for advancement. Management can lack focus and follow-through.
