Not too much to do. Working hours are regular 7:30 am - 3:30 am, Benefits are similar or at par with other companies.
Cons
It is micro-managed. No room for improvement. Decisions trickle down, Feedback is not absorbed or filtered. Just work like a robot and don't ask questions, or give suggestions. Anyway, no one hears you, so keep everything to yourself.
