      Pros

      I like RDI because the managers are friendly, The pay is alright, and as long as you do your job you will be ok.

      Cons

      One thing that really bothered me while working at RDI is that It's never RDI's fault that something goes wrong, its always the employees. Favortism is very obvious also which is very disturbing.

      Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

      Cons

      Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.
