Cons

The information upload is hard something new every day with little notice. more workload but no pay increase.

Very flexible, caring people. Honestly some of the best people I have ever met.

Cons

Progress isn't measured very clearly, you will think you are doing well, then suddenly you aren't.

Pros

great management, set call flow, stable, multiple events and gatherings for free food and community.

Cons

Hard on attendance, stingy with PTO, changes so much for the client the position you were hired for can become unrecognizable after a period of time.
